Corporate governance

The company has adopted Corporate Governance Principles in line with those established by Greek legislation and by international best practices. These principles, on which the organization and management of the company are ultimately based, strive for transparency in investor relations and the indemnity of shareholder’s interest.

The Board of Directors of METKA is the guardian of the Corporate Governance Principles of the Group. The Board of Directors consists of four executive and three non-executive members. Two of the non-executive members are independent members of the Board of Directors, fulfilling the requirements established by Law 3016/2002 on Corporate Governance.
