Panathinaikos Football Stadium

The scope of the project includes the engineering and construction of the project entitled "CONSTRUCTION OF NEW FOOTBALL STADIUM OF PANATHINAIKOS IN VOTANIKOS". In total, the under contract projects to be engineered and built are:

• The field itself (foundation, concrete, etc.)
• The architectural equipment of the stadium as well as the roof, perimeter shell, etc.
• The electromechanical facilities of the stadium (water supply, drainage, weak and strong currents, other electrical and mechanical equipment, etc.)

The construction budget for the new stadium amounts to 96,700,000 million euros plus VAT. Funding for construction comes from the Public Investment Program (PIP) and the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF). The duration of the projects is set at 36 months. The Municipality of Athens, as the contracting authority, tendered through an open international tender, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4412/2016, at the same time the engineering and construction of the stadium, through which the joint venture TERNA SA – AKTOR A.T.E. – METKA ATE was selected.
