Flyover Thessaloniki

The project’s scope includes a 7.54 km long elevated expressway over the current Eastern Ring Road which will also be widened, have new junctions and technical elements, and will be modernized to a total length of 12 km. During the four-year construction period of the project, which is widely known as the "Flyover", in addition to the eastern regional highway, operations will be carried out simultaneously in the western regional highway of Thessaloniki, with the result that the citizens of the city will enjoy a modern, safe regional highway that is expected to provide substantial solutions to the traffic issue of Thessaloniki. The project budget amounts to €382,025,666 plus VAT.
